To create an account with fuji9win, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• During registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or mobile number is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account login credentials (password) strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

After registration, fuji9win may request any of the following documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Bank statement or mobile banking details

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Accounts registered with false information will be terminated and any funds held will be forfeited.

Fuji9win offers multiple payment methods for easy and secure transactions. Key points of our payment policy:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)
• Maximum Deposit: ৳5,00,000 per day
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000

• Cashback Bonus: Cashback is paid at a set rate on your net weekly losses. No wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

General Bonus Terms:

• The same offer cannot be used more than once.

• If a sports event is cancelled or suspended, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• If you are disconnected during live betting, the last confirmed bet will remain valid.

Maximum bet limits vary by event and game. Please check the applicable limits before placing a bet. fuji9win reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual members where necessary.

Fuji9win believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a means of income. The mental and financial well-being of our members always comes first.

The following protective tools are available on fuji9win:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limit: Decide in advance how many hours you plan to play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily close your account for a set period (from 30 days to permanently).
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for 24 to 72 hours.

During a dispute, the relevant balance or winnings may be placed on hold. The final decision is binding on both parties.

• Minor or urgent updates may take effect immediately.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
